We are licensed by the Department of Developmental Disabilities to provide participant-directed HPC services.
In this waiver program, enrolled individuals will gain more control and authority to decide whether who provides services and how those services will be provided. CARING HANDS HEALTH SERVICES will guide participants in the following:
- Finding and recruiting the right employees
- Scheduling and participating in interviews and negotiating rates
- Providing in-depth training to employees
- Ensuring that employees are properly going according to plan and providing the needs and preferences of the patient served
- Incontinence management
- Communicating choices and preferences, keeping paperwork and records, and more
